Yingstar Electronics is an ISO9001 certified PCB assembly house, operates under strict standards and procedures of IPC-A-610 Class 2 and IPC-A-610 Class 3. From supplier selection to WIP inspection to outbound inspection and customer service, these methods ensure that our product meets client criteria at every stage and facet of development.
Evaluation And Audit Of our Suppliers
Before approval, suppliers must be assessed by Yingstar’s supplier evaluation team. In addition, we will evaluate and rank every supplier once a year to ensure that they offer materials that satisfy our standards. In addition, we continually develop suppliers and encourage them to enhance their quality and environmental management based on ISO9001 standards.
Contract Review
Before accepting an order, Yingstar shall evaluate and verify the customer’s specifications, delivery requirements, and other requests to ensure that Yingstar has the competence to meet them.
Preparation, Review And Control Of Manufacturing Instruction
After obtaining the customer’s design data and supporting document, Yingstar will review all specifications. CAM is then used to turn the design datum into the manufacturing datum. According to Yingstar’s actual production processes and technology, a MI will be developed which combines the manufacturing data. After preparation, the MI must be reviewed by independent engineers. Before the MI is released, it must be reviewed and approved by QA engineers. Before being issued, drilling and routing datum must be checked by first article inspection. In other words, Yingstar ensures that the production documentation is accurate and valid.
Incoming Control IQC
Before moving to the warehouse, all materials in Yingstar must be verified and approved. To manage the incoming, Yingstar implements tight verification methods and operating instructions. Yingstar also has a variety of precision inspection instruments and equipment to ensure the capacity to accurately assess whether the verified material is excellent or not.
Process Controls Of Fabrication
Correct manufacture instructions (MI), entire equipment management and maintenance, tight WIP inspection and monitoring, and working instructions all contribute to a completely regulated production process. Various precision inspection instruments, including the AOI inspection system, as well as excellent WIP inspection instructions and control plans, all ensure that semi-products and final products meet customer specifications.
Final Control And Inspection
After passing the relevant physical tests, all PCBs in Yingstar must undergo an open and short test, as well as a visual examination. For finished PCB assembly, Yingstar has advanced test equipment such as AOI Testing, 3D AOI Testing, 3D SPI Testing, X-ray inspection, and In-Circuit Testing.

Outgoing Audit And Approval
Yingstar establishes a particular function, FQA, to sample and examine the products according to the customer’s specifications and requirements. Before packing, products must be accepted. Before a shipment is sent, FQA must thoroughly inspect it for the fabrication part number, the customer’s part number, the quantity, the destination address, and the packing list.
Customer Service
Yingstar establishes a competent customer care staff to connect with customers proactively and promptly address their complaints. If necessary, they will work with the customer to resolve any issues on the customer’s premises. Yingstar is extremely concerned with client wants and conducts regular surveys to ascertain customer requirements. Then, Yingstar will promptly adapt its customer service and products to fulfill the needs of clients.
