Audit And Evaluation Of Suppliers

The supplier evaluation team at Yingstar must assess suppliers before approving them. Additionally, Yingstar will evaluate and rank each supplier once a year to make sure they are providing high-quality supplies that match Yingstar’s specifications. Additionally, Yingstar consistently develops and promotes suppliers to enhance their quality and environmental management based on ISO9001 systems.

Our engineering teams will review every aspect of this project and ensure we are equipped to manage it before accepting an order.

Manufacturing Instructions Development, Review, and Control

Before processing an order, our engineering teams will review all the project’s specifics. If any concerns are found, we will notify the customer and offer our recommendations or remedies.

We will begin processing this order as soon as our customer accepts our suggestions or solutions.

IQC Incoming Control

Before entering the warehouse, all materials need to be checked and approved. To regulate the entering electronic contents, Yingstar sets stringent verification processes and operational guidelines. Additionally, Yingstar has a variety of accurate inspection tools and equipment to ensure the ability to accurately determine whether the confirmed item is excellent or not.

Process Controls in Manufacturing

The proper manufacture instructions (MI), comprehensive equipment management and maintenance, stringent WIP inspection and monitoring, and working instructions all help to completely regulate the production process.

Strict PCBA tests

Before sending out any of our boards, we put them through a number of quality assurance checks to ensure their quality.

These testing methods include:

• Visual Inspection,
• X-Ray Inspection,
• AOI Inspection(Automated Optical Inspector),
• ICT test (In-circuit test), and
• Functional test (Customers supply testing software and instructions).
